Today's challenge is to create a Zentangle. You draw the shapes (they can even be a squiggle) and then fill them in however you like with colour, patterns or shapes. We've added some photos in case you're a bit unsure!  We would love to see yours, so send them in via Facebook or the class emails! 

Today's online resource is the Youth Sport Trust. They have a really good range of quick exercise-based activities which can be easily adapted for objects you have at home. We love their 60-second challenges. Especially Socks in a Box! Check out the 60-second challenges here.
