Vision West Notts are hosting three fantastic courses at Holgate Primary & Nursery School starting Wednesday 11th September. 

• Mindfulness for busy parents. Wednesday 11th September 2019, 6 weeks, 1.00pm - 3.15pm
• Confidence Building. Wednesday 6th November 2019, 6 weeks, 1.00pm - 3.15pm
• Supporting Children with Reading. Wednesday 8th January 2020, 6 weeks, 1.00pm - 3.15pm

Courses are for people aged 19 and over and are FREE for those in receipt of a means tested benefit (proof required) . For people not in receipt of this the cost is £4.50 per hour.
