Last week, the Year 4 children were fortunate to have had the opportunity to go St Mary's Church in Hucknall as a link to their current Year 4 RE topic on music within Christian worship. While there, the children learned a simple hymn and listened to a small choir. Then, they completed a round robin activity where they learned lots about different Christian hymns. The children were excellently behaved throughout and represented the school brilliantly. Mrs Bardgett was delighted to hear that the trip was a success and Year 4 would like to thank Mrs Bardgett for organising the trip!
