What a FANTASTIC Design and Technology lesson we had to complete the outcome to our vehicle – “Can I take your order?”

Everyone remembered why we needed to stay clean and have good hygiene around food and its preparation. The children talked about the techniques of preparing and cooking food. We recapped on keeping safe around sharp knives and electrical appliances. The children particularly enjoyed smelling the spices, understanding how they give the plant-based burgers more aroma and taste.

Maybe you could try some plant-based food or make some of your own – as you can see from the photos, the children LOVED it!
