Year 1 were showed around Sherwood Forest by Maid Marian. We learnt about life in medieval times and what it was like to live then. We saw artifacts such as a rabbit pelt, long bow, horn and even silver coins with King Johns face on them. in the afternoon we took part in an orienteering challenge where we had to find places around the forest to complete the challenge. We had so much fun.
