Baking in DT
We’ve had a VERY busy week in Year 3. First, we had a reminder about what a good hygiene routine should include – handwashing, hair tied back, clean equipment and surfaces. Then we had a DT lesson to practice the skills and techniques needed to bake. We were very hands-on: weighing, measuring, sieving, mixing, cracking, stirring, folding and pouring. Let’s hope we can use these skills when we make our plant-based burgers later in the term.
