If you ever need an extra person to go shopping with you, then Year 6 children are up for the job. They've spent a lot of time recently working out ratios for different cake recipes and investigating better value options from a well-known shopping site. They were armed with shopping lists and laptops and soon became experts at tracking down bargain offers. Definitely a life skill!
