Year 6 has had an exciting visit from an Emergency First Responder from the Ambulance Service. He demonstrated the CPR technique and also talked through the procedure for using a defibrillator. Year 6 understood the importance of this information and how a quick response could save a life. They asked some great questions about the heart and how to act in an emergency situation.
